Before partnering with Pixel & Polish, Civetta Property Group was running paid advertising campaigns but struggling to generate sufficient lead volume to support sales across their expanding portfolio. We began with deep research into Civetta’s target audiences, Philadelphia’s local housing market, and historical property sales data. From there, we developed a comprehensive, multi-channel paid media strategy designed to reach and convert high-intent buyers efficiently.

To strengthen emotional resonance and trust, we concepted, storyboarded, cast, and produced a full suite of video assets—integrating them seamlessly across owned channels, landing pages, and paid media placements to support performance and brand growth in tandem.

Heroic and Versatile

Pixel & Polish collaborated closely with photography and videography partner Digital Love Studio to produce a cinematic hero video and a versatile library of supporting assets.
