The Ask

Estes Park Resort & Spa partnered with Pixel & Polish to reimagine their digital expression into something more suited for the reputation they’ve been curating since 2011. Overhauling the entire experience through improved user experience and thoughtful design led to a new site that could tell a story more reflective of the unique landscape, provide better representations of the room options, engage users more fully in the on-site experience, and execute a more seamless booking experience.

Throughout the project we acted as equally as both brand ambassadors and digital experts. We designed a new website experience would honor and elevate the brand story and ensured that each of these components was would meet for accessibility standards and translate across device sizes—creating a seamless experience for all users across any device size.
