Carmel Beach Hotel partnered with Pixel & Polish to create the visual identity of the brand, bring it to life in both digital and physical mediums, and develop and execute a strategy to build brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
To ensure a successful opening and first year, we worked closely with PR partner LGPR to coordinate efforts across print and digital channels with a collaborative launch strategy.
In addition to establishing the brand identity and designing + developing the website, we produced a suite of print collateral materials to complement the on-site guest experience, implemented booking engine technology, and executed a multi-channel marketing campaign for opening spanning email, social, and paid media channels before moving into ongoing campaigning.
